It is with much pleasure that I invite your Lodge golfer's to enter the Tod Trophy and the Bryce Trophy to be played for on Sunday 24 th October 2010 at Broomieknowe Golf Club, Bonnyrigg

We have chosen Broomieknowe again for this year's competitions as we have a lot of our Brethren who are members of this course and who have indicated that they’d be willing to sign us on as member’s guests. This should mean that the approx cost for the golf and prizes for all players should be under £10 pounds per head.

Balls are placed in a shoot system at the course and we aim to be ready to play at 10.30am, therefore please be at the course, ready to play at 10.00am.

As a member will have to be out with each group, we will draw the groups just before the start of play, which makes for a more social outing and then work out the team scores when all members of a team are finished.

Any number from your Lodge can compete to make up either 3 man or 2 man teams for the Tod trophy or a single player can enter for the Bryce trophy only.

I still require to know how many will be participating to ensure that we have sufficient numbers, therefore please email me on the address below indicating the names of players who will be there on the day. It would also be useful if you indicated if the player was a member of Broomieknowe Golf Club.
